Learning About Animals is very pleased to start the ‘Science in a Nutshell’ series of events with Emma Lethbridge. Suitable for everyone, this workshop will provide an introduction to the fascinating subject of what goes on inside an animals’ mind. Whether you are interested in dogs, cats, horses or other animals this event will help you understand them in a different way.
The speaker: Emma Lethbridge is the author of ‘Knowing Your Horse: A Guide to Equine Learning, Training and Behaviour’ (available on Amazon). Following her degree in neuroscience she is now researching a PhD investigating the nature and etiology of stereotypic behaviours in equines with Daniel Mills at Lincoln University. Emma is passionate about providing up to date scientific education in an understandable way for pet owners and people working with animals alike.
