How animals learn: learning theory day

Saturday 3rd March 2012

Price: £30, £20 LAA members

When: arrive 9.45 for a 10 am start, finish around 4 pm.

Where: King George V Hall, Effingham/Bookham, Surrey, KT24 5ND (easy access of M25, A3)

                                      

Understanding how animals learn is a key part of being the best trainer you can be. This day will explore the different types of learning, with lots of practical examples of how to apply the theory into practice.  There will be no actual animals present, this will be a lecture/workshop event.

 

The speaker: Suzanne  is the founder of Learning About Animals and works for a well-known animal welfare organisation. She is a self-confessed learning theory geek and hopes that others will be interested in finding out more about this fascinating subject.
